Application
1. It is mainly used in the production of cake, ice cream and shortening in the food industry.
2. Used as emulsifier of mineral oil, solvent of dye, emulsifier of cosmetics and stabilizer of foam plastics.
3. Used as emulsifier, diffuser and stabilizer in pharmaceutical products, as well as additive for photo emulsion.
